About Vanessa Rodriguez- Cake Designer
I was born in Puerto Rico, the paradise
of the Caribbean Islands, famous for our delicious and innovative foods. In August of 1991 began my interest in Plastic
and Culinary Arts lessons. At a young age I spent hours making homemade cakes, pastries and delicious desserts from an
extensive list of recipes from my mother. In College, while studying Science of Communications, I was introduced
to a catering service world. Eventually, when my daughter-Mya Victoria- was born I began to take bakery lessons to make my
homemade creations...From my kitchen to your table!
